In a city plagued by congestion and poor air quality, it is little surprise to see so much interest in mobility megatrends in Los Angeles. Boasting both a higher population density and vehicle per resident rate than New York City and San Francisco, convincing commuters to abandon single occupancy vehicles could have a profound impact on mobility in the city.
