By 2030 urban areas are projected to house 60% of the global population, according to the United Nations. Cities increase business and prosperity, but can also experience challenges including congestion and increased levels of air pollution. Governments across Europe have imposed stricter regulations on vehicle emissions, which is an encouraging step forward.
